SK Telecom has launched a device that monitors air quality
SK Telecom, a South Korean mobile operator, has introduced a device called the Air Cube. The new product is designed to monitor air quality and is available in two versions – Air Cube C and Air Cube T. the First model monitors the concentration of dust and carbon dioxide. If harmful impurities is too much, the device will emit an audible alert. Air Cube T works on the same principle: the gadget is not familiar with carbon dioxide, but it is able to monitor temperature and humidity, and to convert these data into an abstract index of comfort.
Externally, the two models are identical: they look like silver cube with sides 52 mm. Weight is 80 grams. The authors Air Cube made it possible to connect the device to your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth – this function allows you to obtain precise data on the composition of the air. Supported platforms – iOS and Android.
The cost of Air Cube C is 134 dollar, the Air Cube T is available for $ 86.
