Acer has announced a laptop for Work Chromebook 14 based Chrome OS, which became a record breaker on several parameters. According to the manufacturer, chromebook the first in the industry received a new development company Corning – protective glass Gorilla Glass Vibrant, you can apply various color patterns and drawings. Glass protects the top cover and allows future corporate customers to customize the product to fit your needs, including to apply your own logo and so on.
Also according to Acer, the Chromebook 14 for Work was the first chromacom with Intel Core processors of the sixth generation (the architecture of the item has been added). The laptop is equipped with 14-inch display with HD resolution (1366 x 768 pixels) or Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels), 4 GB RAM, storage of 16 or 32 GB.
Dimensions of 341 x 236,6 x 16,95 mm, weight – 1,55 kg battery life up to 15 hours. The laptop is encased in an aluminum body, backlit keyboard protected from the water. Resistance to falls and loads the laptop meets military standard MIL-STD 810G. There are ports USB Type-C 3.1, HDMI, DisplayPort, three USB 3.1, support for Wi-Fi (2×2 MIMO 802.11 ac) and Bluetooth 4.2.
Acer Chromebook 14 for Work will go on sale in may priced from $349 and €249 in Europe, Africa, the near and middle East.
