LG has introduced an action camera Action Cam LTE

Company LG Electronics introduced a new gadget in a series of LG Friend – action-Action Cam LTE. According to the manufacturer, this is the first action camera, which will be available with international LTE connectivity. The gadget allows you to broadcast live videos directly to YouTube Live, without having to employ a smartphone.

The camera is equipped with 1/2,3-inch or 12.3-megapixel image sensor capable of recording video UHD at 30 fps, Full HD at 60 frames per second and HD at a speed of 120 frames per second. Live streaming is possible with HD resolution at 30 frames per second. There are 2 GB of RAM and 4 GB of internal flash memory, a slot for cards microSD, GPS, gyroscope, accelerometer. Supports LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.1 USB Type-C 2.0.

The battery has a capacity of 1400 mAh. The camera is protected against water and dust standard IP67 and can withstand immersion to a depth of one meter for 30 minutes. Dimensions are 77,9 x 35 x 35 mm and weighs 95 grams.
Next month LG Action Cam LTE will be available in South Korea, and will then appear in the main regions, including North America and Europe.
