The company Yandex has announced the launch of a new service – virtual PBX Yandex.Telephony for small and medium businesses. The service is designed to help companies organize the work with calls, inquiries from website, from social networks Facebook, Twitter and other applications.
Yandex.Telephony allows you to configure rules for handling calls, including the distribution of topics on different employees if all employees are busy, the service will offer the caller to wait or leave a voice message. In the tape jobs show the missed calls, voice messages, handling website and social network.
Claims processing is available through a web interface and apps for iOS and Android. Moreover, the mobile app will allow you to call from the work number, even if you are using a personal smartphone. The application also allows you to assign tasks to his employees, to analyze statistics of and evaluate the effectiveness of their treatment.
At the moment the service is available in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Free, basic, and all additional opportunities are offered for 999 rubles a month. Billing is done separately for actual minutes spent talking.
