The company Yandex has announced the launch of a new service – virtual PBX Yandex.Telephony for small and medium businesses. The service is designed to help companies organize the work with calls, inquiries from website, from social networks Facebook, Twitter and other applications.

Yandex.Telephony allows you to configure rules for handling calls, including the distribution of topics on different employees if all employees are busy, the service will offer the caller to wait or leave a voice message.
