Iconic American manufacturer Harley-Davidson has announced plans to add support for the Android Auto platform on its motorbikes.
The update will be released for the 2014 Touring, Trike and CVO models and newer with the Boom infotainment system installed! Box GTS. You can install Android Auto on your motorcycle both independently and at dealers, starting in the summer of 2020. Also, the media system can be purchased separately. Harley-Davidson also announced that all models of Touring, CVO and Trike 2021 with Boom! Box GTS will come standard with the Android Auto platform installed. Harley-Davidson motorcycles have been supporting Apple CarPlay since mid-2018, so the rival Android Auto was long overdue.
