Meizu will present with its new flagship smartphone Meizu 17 5G a charger with gallium nitride. In recent months, such adapters are rapidly gaining popularity. The photo confirms that the new Meizu charger is equipped with USB-A and USB-C connectors. Sources say that its power will be 65 watts. It is worth adding that Xiaomi has previously released a similar charger Xiaomi GaN Type-C of the same capacity. Similar chargers with gallium nitride have increased efficiency, low heat, high power and small size. The same Xiaomi GaN Type-C 65W charger turned out to be 48% less than the native charger of Xiaomi Mi 10 with the same power.
It is easy to guess that the flagship smartphone Meizu 17 5G will support higher charging speed and greater battery capacity compared to its predecessor. The Meizu 17 5G will feature Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 865 platform, as well as a state-of-the-art camera system. The presentation of the new smartphone is expected in April.
