Samsung Foundry Forum 2020 postponed due to coronavirus

Samsung Electronics said it was postponing the Samsung Foundry Forum 2020 due to growing concerns about the coronavirus, with the forum originally scheduled to open May 20 in Silicon Valley. This annual event usually starts in the USA and then takes place in other major markets – in China, Japan, South Korea and Germany. Its task is to promote Samsung’s advanced manufacturing technologies. The forum has been postponed to the second half of the year, but the manufacturer does not give an exact date, promising to monitor the situation.
