If you believe the latest data, laptops with the latest Ryzen 4000 processors will go on sale the day after tomorrow. We have already had the opportunity to evaluate the performance of different APUs of this line in 3DMark, now we have interesting data on the performance in Cinebench R15. The graph below shows the test results in multithreaded mode and their changes with each new cycle.
As you can see, the Ryzen 7 4800U shows an impressive result – on average, for many cycles, it scored 1491 points, and the first result – 1568 points. For comparison, the Ryzen 7 3700U scores an average of 578 points, although this can easily be explained not only by the new architecture, but and a twofold difference in the number of cores. A comparison with the latest Core i7-10710U, which is gaining an average of 886 points, is more interesting. But the Core i9-9980HK is gaining about the same as the Ryzen 7 4800U. Only now the latter has a significantly more powerful GPU, as well as three times less TDP, even on paper.
